"In British Columbia an enterprising timberlands management program is to make of the whole province a vast tree farm. This film describes the entire project and the importance to it of an extensive network of roads. Some forest highways are shown being plotted and constructed. The film recalls some of the history of the logging industry in British Columbia when waterways were the main means of transport."
