"An account of the Churchill Falls hydro-electric project by which the 245-foot drop on the Churchill River will come to generate 7,000,000 horsepower of hydro-electricity. Footage shows the falls and construction on the site. Animated diagramatic sequences indicate the eventual operation of the generating station. The film also traces the history of man's dealings with the falls through archival film and photographs."
