"A film promoting Northern Ontario as an agricultural centre, and not just a mining centre. Footage of farmers growing a wide variety of cash crops and raising sheep, dairy and beef cattle and poultry. Shots of the New Liskeard annual farm fair; flower gardens in Timmins; haymaking; animation showing how the railway went into the North - first from North Bay to New Liskeard in 1905, then to Cochrane in 1908, and finally up to Moosonee in 1932."
