"While indicating that country children are fortunate to have farmlands to play in and fresh air to breathe, this film emphasizes that physical education is not complete without a formal exercise program. Children doing warm-up exercises outside are shown with their teacher leading them. A variety of activities are held on the playing field including; bean-bag toss, broadjumping, volleyball, pole-vaulting (using the branch of a tree), high jumping and an obstacle course. The period ends with a game of dodge ball. The children are shown back in the classroom after this activity, revitalized and ready to work."
