"This film shows examples of motor inabilities, eye-hand co-ordination, temporal-spatial translation and form perception. Children with learning disabilities are individuals who sense the world outside of the normal structure, sometimes incompletely, sometimes unequally, more often than not their I.Q.'s are not abnormal. They are not mentally retarded yet, without special help, they cannot survive in normal educational channels, nor can they achieve in later life the equivalent of their intelligence quotient."
