"This film documents how Correctional Services Canada, in co-operation with neighboring communities, works to re-integrate inmates into society through a program called 'Case Management'. The key to the program's success is inmate responsibility, supported by a network involving security staff, other prison professionals, citizen advisory groups, halfway houses, and community service organizations. By showing life inside the medium-security facility of Warkworth, near Belleville, Ontario, the film communicates the complexities of rehabilitation. More importantly, it shows a program that works."
