"T.C.A. 845 is a film showing the reasons why a passenger may complain. It is presented in dramatized form and shows three passengers, all of whom have some reason to complain about the services rendered them by Trans-Canada Airlines. TCA 845 is named for the 'Report and Disposition of Passenger claim or complaint' form. Several complaints and claims are dramatized by actors portraying TCA passengers. They interact with TCA staff in locations such as terminals and while boarding aircraft."
