"Commissioned by St. John Ambulance Association, this Centennial film is designed to show Candadians the record of service and present activities of St. John Ambulance. The film portrays the organization of first-aid classes in schools and in homes. It also shows industrial first-aid training at B.C. logging camps and the Winnipeg rail yards. Emegency first-aid, ambulance patrols, the work of ski patrols and of volunteer nurse's aides are illustrated. The St. John Ophthalmic Hospital in Jerusalem is featured."
