"The film illustrates the possible benefits to a department store and its clerks when good sales practices are in effect. A woman shops at the store and receives such good service that she mentions it to her husband. Subsequently, the husband chooses that store when he wishes a gift for his wife. This couple's reaction results in repeat business for the store, not only as a result of selection of merchandise, but also because both appreciate the friendly knowledgeable service which they receive from sales personnel."
