"Produced to familiarize audiences with the new linerboard mill in New Richmond, Quebec and how it will effect the economy of the north shore of Chaleur Bay. Shown are; stages in the mill's development from surveying the land in the spring of 1964 to the completed construction in August of 1965; pulp production and quality testing; containers produced by the mill (beer cases, various boxes); stripping and cutting of trees; some shots of the city. A map is used to show the location of various Bathurst sites using animation."
